King County: 12/17/2015– Washington State Patrol (WSP) is seeking witnesses to a two-vehicle, fatal collision that occurred on I-5/304th (Federal Way) on December 17, 2015, at approximately 1:40 am. The victim vehicle, a 1987 Honda Civic two door, was disabled and blocking near the right lane when it was struck by a 1992 Ford Mustang. The two female occupants in the Honda died at the scene.

The driver of the Mustang, ROCHELLE L. HARRIS, a 29-year-old female, suffered minor injuries and was transported to the hospital. She was later determined to be impaired; arrested and booked into King County Jail for vehicular homicide.
